Foundation for Leadership

Leadership in Action is an acclaimed program that provides a pragmatic approach to develop managers to think and perform like leaders with their teams.  The program was developed by Steve Brown, author of 13 Fatal Errors Managers Make and How You Can Avoid Them.   The eight program modules are delivered in a two-day seminar.  Click here for video clips.


Learning to Lead

Learning to Lead provides the preparation for individuals that are new to or being groomed for management.  The transition from an individual contributor to managing people is difficult and often unnatural for most individuals.  Working immediately on helping them develop their capacity in their new role pays off with a motivated work team.


Influencing Others

Influencing Others prepares individuals to effectively communicate with people and teams with different personalities and decision-making preferences.  Customer relations and teamwork, both externally and internally, are improved by understanding how to persuade different people differently depending on their style preferences.  Participants receive an assessment of their own style and learn how to recognize and work more effectively with other’s styles.  The two program modules are delivered in a half-day seminar.


Mapping the Bridge for Change

Mapping the Bridge for Change is a model focused on making change happen faster with the least possible disruption.  Research indicates that the desire to cling to the familiar is almost as strong as the instinct to survive.  When we need our people to change the most, they often cling to their comfort zone.  This one-day program results in individuals creating a plan for making a change in their organization.


Performance Coaching

Performance Coaching is designed to improve the manager’s ability to develop their people through coaching and addressing performance problems.  Modules include how to give feedback and communicate a problem, recognizing and coaching ability and motivation issues and dealing with emotions and subversive behavior.
