Solution Based Selling

Solution Based Selling develops the sales skills for a customer-centered approach in the sales and marketing organizations.  Participants learn how to align their selling to the way a customer thinks by shifting from a product sales focus to a solution-based approach.  Tools help the rep with proven tactics on how to approach each step of the sales process. Telesales

Telesales develops the confidence and skills of sales representatives who do their selling through inside sales or telemarketing.  Strategies and tactics are uniquely different when the customer relationship is built and maintained over the telephone.  Participants learn how to initiate a relationship, uncover interest, communicate value, manage objections, deal with a disgruntled customer and close business.  The 12 program modules are delivered in two-hour sessions or over a two-day seminar.


Selling Different People Differently

Selling Different People Differently prepares sales people to effectively communicate with people and teams with different personalities and decision-making preferences.  Customer relations and teamwork, both externally and internally, are improved by understanding how to persuade different people differently depending on their style preferences.  Participants receive an assessment of their own style and learn how to recognize and work more effectively with other’s styles.  The two program modules are delivered in a half-day seminar.
